Technical Project Manager

Your opportunity

We are searching for a new member for our team who will serve primarily as a Technical Project Manager for smart meter solutions. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Planning and executing software and hardware implementation projects for customers
  • Training customers on the operation and maintenance of delivered products
  • Support customers with the day-to-day operations of hardware and software
  • Research and resolution of client questions and issues
  • Field troubleshooting of water and gas meters
  • Project management

This position requires travel, including overnight stays (2 nights average per week).

Qualifications

  • Tenets of project management – scope, time, quality, and budget
  • Knowledge of Windows 11, Server 2022
  • Background with workstations and servers in a networked environment
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem resolution skills
  • Experience with at least one remote access tool
  • Knowledge of common software platforms such as Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of MSSQL is a plus
  • Experience in the utility/smart metering arena is a plus
