Charitable Giving Program

At United Systems, we view corporate responsibility as more than just making smart business decisions. We are committed to doing our part to contribute to the economic growth as well as the sustainability and conservation of our community.

One of the ways in which we achieve this is through our charitable giving program, called United Systems Serves.

We contribute to both national and local charities to help enhance the lives of individuals within the communities in which we live and work. Through this commitment, we hope to bring about positive change.

We hold multiple fundraising events which directly benefit our community. These include:

  • Casual Fridays: where employees can “dress down” a bit on Fridays in return for a small donation to the charitable giving fund.
  • Coat Drive: providing gently used or new coats and jackets to local clothing non-profits.
  • Food Drive: providing canned goods and other food items to a local food pantry.
  • School Supply Drive: providing much-needed school supplies to multiple local school districts.
  • Silent Auction: held by our employees for items like gift baskets, homemade cutting boards, cakes and pies, and even sailing lessons, with proceeds going to our charitable giving fund to be distributed to charities at year’s end!

United System also maintains an emergency fund, to which employees can also contribute, for both local and national emergencies and disasters.


Sustainable Design

As a solutions provider for utilities and local government throughout the United States, United Systems acknowledges the importance of taking efforts to care for and restore our environment. United Systems and its employees are committed to creating a beautiful and sustainable environment, reducing waste, and leaving our environment better than we found it.

We are committed to doing our part to contribute to the sustainability and conservation of our community. Not only do we offer products which enhance efficiency and reduce the waste of natural resources, but even our corporate headquarters is designed with environmental responsibility in mind:

  • Geothermal units provide extreme energy efficiency and comfort
  • Solar power panels provide much of our daytime electricity needs
  • Smart systems reduce power usage during non-work hours
