Departments at United Systems

At United Systems, our in-house developers, product managers, QA testers, and designers work closely with every department to plan, build, and improve our software solutions.

We develop our products around real customer needs, using feedback from utilities and government agencies to guide updates, enhancements, and long-term product direction.

Our Marketing team helps communicate the value of our products and services through customer outreach, industry events, digital content, and educational resources.

They work across departments to ensure customers stay informed about new solutions, product updates, and the technology shaping the utility industry.

Our Networking team provides managed IT and networking services for both United Systems and our utility and government customers.

From network monitoring and proactive maintenance to infrastructure support and system reliability, the team works to keep critical systems secure, connected, and up to date.

Our Project Management team keeps major software and metering initiatives on track by coordinating timelines, resources, communication, and delivery from kickoff through completion.

They help ensure complex projects remain organized, transparent, and moving forward in alignment with project goals and customer expectations.

Our Sales team works closely with utilities and local governments to understand their operational needs and recommend the right software, services, and metering solutions.

They focus on building long-term partnerships and helping customers find practical solutions that support reliable service and day-to-day operations.

Our Support team works directly with utility and government customers to provide responsive assistance, technical guidance, and day-to-day problem-solving. Whether helping with major projects or answering routine questions, the team is committed to keeping customers supported, informed, and moving forward.
