Job Description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Software QA Engineer to join our growing software team. The ideal candidate has experience in both manual and automated testing and is comfortable working in an Agile environment. Prior experience with Cypress for end-to-end testing is highly preferred.

With your help, we’ll continue our nearly 50 years of success!

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated tests using Cypress
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and UX to define test strategies and acceptance criteria
• Perform manual testing for new features and regression testing for existing functionality
• Identify, log, and track bugs and issues to resolution
• Contribute to improving testing processes and overall software quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in CS or CIS
• 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance
• Strong understanding of testing concepts, tools, and methodologies
• Hands-on experience writing automated tests using Cypress (or comparable tools)
• Familiarity with modern web technologies (e.g., JavaScript, REST APIs, HTML/CSS)
• Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments
• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, with no less than 40 expected hours per week
• Pay: Negotiable based upon experience
• Location: In-person at our headquarters in Benton, KY (you must be willing to reliably commute or relocate to Benton before starting work)
